  1. Umm...why wasn't *I* invited to go on this shopping trip?!

    *taps foot*

Totally kidding! Great books, sweetie! Living Dead Girl is good, but sooo eerie, wrong and sad. It just makes me sick how stuff like that happens, ya know?

Let me know how Overprotected is! :)

  2. Atonement is a great book if you have patients. I've read it, and now own it thankfully, two years ago and it was great but I got lost at points. You could tell McEwan got bored when he was writing this book because it just lost momentum at the most inappropriate of times. Still, its an amazing plot. I really hope you like it! Terrific haul!

  3. I really liked Elsewhere, I couldn't finish Living Dead Girl as it was just too much for my heart to take. Atonement has been on my list to read forever.....

  8. I have wanted to read Living Dead Girl for like forever! Atonement drags at times, but overall probably more due to the plot than anything else makes it amazing and worth it. The ending has to have the biggest twist I have ever come across!

I wasn't much of a fan of Elsewhere, I expected more, but sing me to sleep is supposed to be awesome. Happy Reading! :)

  9. Living Dead Girl and Atonement are great books...Atonement is definitely a bit heavier than most books I read though, so be prepared! Enjoy your new books, G! :)

  15. I've been meaning to check out 'Living Dead Girl' because I love Elizabeth Scott's writing, but I guess I've been putting it off because of the sadness. I bought 'Elsewhere' a couple of months ago, but I haven't read it yet.

    Nice finds. =)

  16. I liked Elsewhere but thought it could have been better. Still a worth while read though. Read it couple of years back. I came so close to getting Sing Me to Sleep recently. Person on Bookmooch had it and I requested it but they turned out to be a scammer. *sigh* Living Dead Girl is also on my wishlist. I have and need to read Atonement. Happy reading. :)
