Top Ten Tuesday

This week I am participating in Top Ten Tuesday hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week bloggers post a new top ten list.

This Week's List:
Top Ten Books I Resolve To Read in 2011-- books I've put off reading but will vow to get to in 2011!
(in no particular order)

1. If I Stay by Gayle Forman
2. Graceling by Kristin Cashore
3. Sloppy Firsts (Jessica Darling series) by Megan McCafferty
4. Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr
5. Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green
6. A Blue So Dark by Holly Schindler
7. Shade by Jeri Smith-Ready
8. The Iron King by Julie Kagawa
9. The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson
10. Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly

Some of these books have been sitting on my kitchen table for a few months!  I really need to get with it & read them.  Then I can say - why didn't I pick this up sooner?! Happens every time.

  1. If I Stay, Will Grayson, The Sky is Everywhere, and Revolution are all amazing. You should definitely read those.

  2. I am reading revolution right now. I am actually not thrilled with it... or I wasn't. I am reading it on the kindal, so I am not sure how to talk about this interms of pages... but I think the first 70% of the book (kindal-style) could have been cut in half... or maybe in third. They just kept going over and over the same plot line! I am at like 75% right now and the book just took an amazing plot twist! I am totally back into the book now and can't wait to see how it ends!!!
