In just a few short hours we'll be saying goodbye to 2011 & welcoming 2012. I love this time of year because a new year always brings new hope, and new purpose. We get the opportunity to start over fresh; wipe your slate clean and give it another go. 2011 was a very surprising good year to me, so that is why I chose to say THANK YOU for the memories it's instilled in me.
From books, to friends, to music, to concerts... so many moments filled my heart with happiness. The most rewarding experience of 2011 though would be welcoming my second nephew in to the world & having the privilege to capture it on film. I'm not sure much else can top that.
Who knows what 2012 has in store for me. I have my own goals & ideas for the blog, and of course the year will be filled with even more books & music experiences. I want to travel more, go further in my education, meet more amazing people, & never forget to enjoy each moment.
So HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my followers. I hope 2011 treated you as good as it did for me, but if not there's always 2012 ;-)
